Getting to Know You
If we're available on your chosen date, we’ll invite you to an obligation-free consultation at our studio in Darlington.
Before this meeting, we’ll ask you to share details about the look and the feel that you envision for your wedding, the venue, your guest count, and any inspirational photos you’ve saved.
This helps us understand your style as a couple and the atmosphere you’re dreaming of, so we can create a floral experience perfectly tailored to your special day.
First Consult
Please allow 1 to 2 hours for your initial consultation. Using the information you've shared with us beforehand, we’ll prepare a beautiful proposal that includes a mood board, inspirational images, a detailed quotation, and our terms and conditions to capture the essence of your wedding vision.
To ensure the consultation and your ideas stay focused, we kindly ask that no more than two people attend this meeting.
A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to proceed, and we’ll hold your wedding date for two weeks from the consultation to allow time for the deposit to be processed.
Final Consultation
4 – 6 weeks before your event we will meet again at our studio or your venue and confirm all details for the running of your day. We will allocate times & locations for delivery of all florals. Your final payment is due 4 weeks before your event and at that time we place your order with our suppliers so no further changes can be made.
We understand every detail is important, so our process allows us to gather as much information from you and your fiance as possible so you feel at ease that your vision is heard and we can portray it in the most beautifully designed way.
